Hi!

My name is Vincent Charlebois and
.

My work explores

and through the assemblage of technological, social, and ecological systems.

Among my recent projects are La Couleur de Montréal, which documents environmental conditions through the city's traffic cameras, and La fabrication de forêts futures, an AI-generated landscape based on my photographic archive of clear-cut forests in Canada during my tree-planting years.

My practice engages notions of archives, decentralization, and participatory ecosystems. I fabricated future forests in Canada for a dozen seasons and I am now a member of the worker cooperative, Hypha.

Within this organization, I contribute to collective approaches that reimagine the potential of our digital ecosystems.

I currently live in Montréal.
